Lizards In The Library

LIZARDS IN THE LIBRARY

This may be considered the definitive expose' of The Reptilian Beings, also known as The Lizzies, Who conquered this planet some 300,000 years ago after much destruction and devastation. Being master geneticists, They took the remnants of the then existing sentient species on Earth and disassembled the 12-stranded DNA of that species and created the double helical DNA so that the humans could be more easily controlled, would operate with a far lower level of intelligence, and could be manipulated to produce the collective emotion of fear which sustained the agendas of The Dark Lizards Who are of the polarity of service to self. They are the ones who have managed to maintain control of this planet and its Humanity for eons of time through their on-going program and strategy of generation of fear. That fear was harvested by way of separativeness, elitism, prejudice, bigotry, hatred, competitiveness, borders, rivaries, wars, and endless bloodshed.

The Reptilians did not, however, realize that this planet was one of a system of 12 planets that had been designed as a Living Library, in which all of the life-forms on the planet had been created to contain the history and the structuring of The Universe within their beingness and at their genetic level. Vast collectives of sentient civilizations had placed the sum total of their knowledge and experience in all the life-forms in all The Kingdoms of Earth, but certain keys and codes were necessary to access the jewels contained in The Living Library, and the emotion of love was one of them. Consequently, when it was finally discovered what a priceless piece of real estate had fallen into their scaly clutches, The Conquerors could still not gain access to It because They were and are incapable of love, and that was an intentional safe-guard by The Keepers of Existence, Those Co-Creators Who had fashioned the idea for a "time" when it would be needed.

This is the story of The Living Library and its relationship to The Dark Forces that came to conquer and own It, Those who manifest (at a higher level of being) in a form that resembles the reptiles on this planet, The Reptilians or The Lizzies. When this story crashes the barriers of ignorance and incredulity that are erected amongst the masses of slumberers, the human representatives of these Lizard Beings, The World Management Team, will have lost their ability to maintain control, and The Dimensional Shift will see the last of all those of the negative polarity on this planet forevermore as The Aquarian Age dawns and only those of the service to others (The Light) polarity are allowed.

The Living Library
"Earth was designed many, many, many eons ago for a purpose. Originally, Earth came together and there was a purpose. The purpose was to form an intergalactic exchange center for information biologically stored as a Living Library."

"Energies, information, discoveries, secrets were coded into a living form of energy that occupied everything that made up The Earth. And everything that made up The Earth was filled with this data."

"Picture this in your mind as we speak: that the whole Earth and everything that was designed upon It was designed to hold data and that each form of life and each thing that occupied this place could trigger each and every other thing and that great secrets of The Universe were stored here because, of course, there was a great cooperative venture that brought about what you may call The United Nations of consciousness, and Cosmic Civilizations agreed to pool all of their data together in one place. The Earth is but one of these places."

"The biological creature that has evolved to be what you call present-day human was designed to be steward of all of this. When your Forefathers began to put this place together, of course, many of Them were quite able to see far into different time frames and to perhaps picture and have premonitions that there would be a need to keep certain things locked away or to put safeguards or time locks around them. There was an understanding, as there always is, by certain Elders and certain Energies who can ride The Corridors of Time that there are intricate probabilities to avoid and to hide from. There are tyrannies in space, Energies where one would not want one's creation to weave itself and to cycle itself. Earth, of course, or The Living Library was one of these."

"There was a purpose to everything that was created. As you can image, it took eons to bring these things into existence. It says in Genesis that on this day this occurred. Then this was planted or created or whatever. That in itself is an ancient story of a story already millions of years old that no one understood even when they wrote Genesis. That was a distortion. The Keepers of Existence:

"The Earth, as We would like you to image It, is a Library. The Earth is a Living Library, and when this system was formed, it was designed millions of years ago in your terms by Beings that We call The Keepers of Existence, The Keepers of Time. "Their job is to be a Pilot for This Universe, to make certain that everything goes according to a route that stays together and to allow whatever occurs at the same time without smashing The Universe and running It aground. Think of The Universe as a big ship."

"These Keepers of Time, Keepers of Existence, way back in your past instituted and suggested that there become a Library System within a certain confederation of sentient beings. Energy Civilizations pooled together the sum total of their wisdom to create 12 Libraries and to store the data, the height of their own achievement in 12 different Libraries throughout This Universe. There are other Library Systems, but you are hooked into this one."

"The Living Libraries were designed at a point of developement within your Universe where The Keepers of Time, Those Who steer your Universe on its course of discovery, deemed it necessary. They deemed it necessary to store certain information away for a time when it would be needed, when it could be an ace in the hole. The Keepers of Time are Those Who determine events and create events in your Universe. They are Those Who orchestrate and coordinate the existence of worlds. They decreed the need for The Living Libraries for a very good reason."

"So, The Keepers of Time had The Library Centers created, and those who brought the data together, those who formed the cooperative collection of energies that would pool all of this knowledge of all of these developing worlds, they placed there many safe-guards as to how this information would not be lost or destroyed. There was a tremendous plan of cooperation that came together to pool all of this knowledge, because The Keepers of Time decreed it, The Ancient Ones."

We were able to move into very, very different Corridors of Time within The Universe that we all presently dwell in, and We met The Keepers of Existence, The Keepers of Time. "On your planet, The Energies that designed The Living Library used The Elements, used The Earth, The Air, The Fire, and The Water to act as trigger mechanisms, as catalytic forces, as methods to imprint or to move the coded material. You must remember that if The Keepers of Time decreed that there was a purpose to store this information away, then They had every reason to believe that this information must be stored in a way so that no one could recognize it, so that even if it was recognized it could not be accessed except with the proper keys, the proper passwords, the proper clearance."

Library Patrons:

"So, everything has a purpose. Beings would come and they would access The Library by merging and becoming part of the live substance here. Sometimes they would literally create a merging with a monkey, say, and experience this reality and gather data about this reality as being a monkey."

"What We are saying is that other forms of intelligence would use The Library and come and access The Library perhaps as a jaguar, perhaps as a tree, and they would begin to know what was stored in these things. Sometimes as they merged with the jaguar, they would direct the jaguar to eat a certain something. When the jaguar ingested something, it created an experience that would allow the merger to further experience reality through the mergee."

You could go to a place in existence and with the proper 'application' and with the proper 'approvals' one could come to The Living Library, and that one had ways of viewing It and experiencing It and expressing the essence of The Living Library by peeking into the reality of the humans who occupied It."

The Library Card:

"It was through the eyes of the human, through the experience of the human, since the human was the living library card, that allowed others to come from other places to experience the knowledge that was stored in all things that were designed here. When the human was biogenetically all plugged in and arranged (with 12 strands of DNA), the human triggered a frequency that allowed data to flow back and forth. A world that was solid did not exist. It was a continuously shifting world. Yet, it was a very consistent world at the same time."

"You, as remnants of the human design, were designed to be the living library cards, the steward of this planet that is stored with information. The Library was designed so that in order for the information to be accessed, one had to go through the steward to get to the information. Animals are stewards as well. Animals can be merged with, and many things can be merged with, trees, stones, many kinds of things. The human is a different kind of merging. It holds a key that all of the animals and all of everything else does not hold."

"Think of This Living Library as someone's plan, someone's incredible plan to store away within existence a place where information was hidden in the life forms. And that if one knew how to trigger the life forms, one could find out all kinds of incredible data. Are you beginning to understand why The Earth was hidden away, forgotten about, locked? Can you see that We are going back (in time) to wake up The Living Library? Can you begin to realize that there is some treasure that is of incredible value, perhaps to The Universe, that is hidden away in this human species?"

"The Living Library was formed with a grand purpose. It was an experiment where life could genetically be implemented and planted with knowledge. When one came into This Living Library, if one knew how to play the frequency codes and learned how to change their own electromagnetic spectrum through thought, they could receive the entire history of The Universe as It existed. The insects, the plants, the soil, the rocks, the trees -- all things on this planet -- were purposely designed to hold knowledge."

"Humans will never understand that they're library cards, not as We know it, not as your planet knows it. You will be lucky if one-quarter of one percent every discovers that they are library cards. Your Human Race is probably going to destroy Itself before they will ever succeed as library cards. Think about it. How many billions of people are there on your planet? Most of them don't have a place to go to the bathroom or enough food to put into their mouths. They have been manipulated and utilized. Do you realize the leap in sovereignty that the whole planet would have to make in order to make them useable library cards?"

Modification of The Library Card:

"What you have inside your body are what We call light-encoded filaments, tiny fibers (DNA, deoxyribonucleic acid). These light-encoded filaments work together. They plug themselves in together, and they create great cooperative strands of information. There is energy that pulses along these fibers. When the genetic material was rearranged (by The Reptilians) so that you could be manipulated as a species, it was as if the light-encoded filaments were snipped or unplugged, so they exist at random, unconnected, all over the human body."

"The sum total of knowledge is in your cells, and when the DNA (12-stranded) is connected, it alters the nervous system, and the nervous system begins to stimulate the brain and you begin to move toward full brain capacity."

"Those of you who are able to plug in The Living Library inside of yourself (with a 12-stranded DNA) will become incredibly in demand, because you will be able to do things that no one else can do. You will be able to move beyond harm and to move beyond the control of fear, because you will be able to move your molecules into any shape and any location at any time you choose, because you will be plugged in and you will know everything that is going on. You will have incredible knowledge. This is what you have come here for."

Creator Gods:

"The Original Planners designed Earth and The Solar System for a very important reason, and then eons later there were schisms, separations. In your most modern times you have been owned and controlled by a very renegade group (see "The Reptilian Conquerors"). This group started off very small and very insignificant and somehow created a raid of the probabilities of time and were able to go into many different realities because they began to own different portals that existed in space. There was a tremendous revolution and a great upheaval that lasted for millions of years. Your Earth was not affected by this until 300,000 years ago."

"The project of Earth and the whole concept of The Living Library is very, very, very ancient. Different 'Creator Gods' were responsible for different periods that prevailed upon the planet, for example the period of the dinosaurs. That lasted for millions and millions and millions of years. The energy and the entertainment that that period of history provided for the rest of The Universe, it created what would be called almost like a null or a void in the energy of 'The Creator Gods'. They became so enamored of the success of The Living Library that They began to lose contact with the reason that They formulated It in the first place. When you exist for millions and millions of years, it is easy to tuck things away in drawers of time and forget to clean house now and again."

The Living Library was forgotten about for other reasons that began to steer The Universe and the different empires in different directions. There were those who wanted it for their own reasons of manipulation, to take the energy of The Living Library and to distill it in their own fashion and set it out how they chose, because all consciousness vibrates, and Living Libraries show brilliantly like stars. They were some of the brightest areas of existence. Why? Because They carried information, and information is light."

"Those areas that held The Living Libraries were very well known until the time locks were put upon some of these areas, and they were hidden so that they could no longer be found."

The 12th Planet:

"The Energy that you call The 12th Planet (see writings of Zechariah Sitchen) is intricately connected into triggering The Living Library into activating its memory. Remember, in The Living Library is stored the memory of The Universe, the history of The Universe. In Mankind, you have an unplugged DNA (the double helix). You have a disassembled set of light-encoded filaments, so that all of the memory that is inside of you, you can make no sense of."

"The re-emerging of the concept of The 12th Planet and The Energies (The Lizzies) that surround that 12th Planet and use the orbit of that 12th Planet to ride on, etcetera, will trigger fear, will trigger wonder, and will trigger deep memory from inside the body."

The Love Frequency:

"You lack understanding that your planet houses something very, very valuable. This has been known by The Energies that took your planet over 300,000 years ago, that branch of Reptilians. Yet, They have not been able to figure out how to get at what is there, how to break the code. We have said to you that part of breaking the code, part of it, is being in the love frequency. If you are in the love frequency, certain energies that are very uplifting will come through. If you are not in the love frequency, you will invite in all kinds of chaos."

"Planet Earth is The Living Library. All things on The Earth were created and designed to hold data. So, The Living Library means that the planet itself is teeming with knowledge because it is all alive, every aspect of it. The human is the library card, and emotions, the love frequency, is what allows one to have top security clearance to access completely The Living Library."

"The endocrine system in the body is the system that is going to catapult the human being, the human body into the new Dimensional Shift because it is the endocrine system that will, at a certain point, be triggered by the body being able to house a certain amount of electromagnetic love frequency. "Many of the native cultures still have a link connecting to The Living Library, and those places are lush and beautiful. Sex:

"Sexuality combined with love acts as a stimulator of the endocrine system. It is not the only stimulator of the endocrine system. As you share sexuality based on vulnerability within the love frequency, this begins to reorganize the light-encoded filaments (strands of DNA) and begins a slow movement of secretions within the endocrine system."

"You can access information on your own from The Living Library through sexual expression, and you can connect with The Living Library System (of 12) that you are also hooked up to as a spinning 12 unit. Sexuality will hook you into the other Libraries, not just this one. Sexuality is your ticket into the other Library Systems and This System. This System does not necessarily need to have sexuality to activate The Living Library."

"No matter if the human was unplugged (disassembled 12 strands of DNA) and if The Library of the human was somehow disconnected, the humans and the life forms through procreation (sex), by multiplying themselves, could rediscover their own identiy and their own potentiality. That is why on your planet you have been fed every reason to be frightened of and to stay away from sexuality and to just use it to reproduce yourself. Those who do not want you to move beyond a certain frequency understand that you could move higher through pursuing your sexuality. And love is the missing ingredient that can really take one through the realms of higher consciousness."

The 12 Library System:

"Earth is one, and there are 11 others. The assignment was, create a planet and make it a Library so that when one goes there one experiences knowledge. One experiences the sum total of the pooling of these sentient civilizations. The way that The Gods here designed the experience of knowledge was through life forms that were originally many dimensions, not 3D as you presently are. There was much more dimensional flexibility."

"To make the story simple, We are saying that there are 12 of These Living Libraries (in this particular System) and that you, as Multidimensional Selves, are entered in some or all of These Living Libraries, because they have been for the most part locked away for the time when They would be utilized, when the knowledge that was within Them could be put to use to change the vibratory rate of The Universe. "When the love frequency can activate itself fully in this human vehicle (in The New Age), then there will be a chain reaction around the planet that will activate the planet. "The 12 chakras (of humans) literally have codes within them that connect you to The 12 Libraries. In order to find The 12 Libraries, one has to connect the 12 chakras. In order to connect fully with the 12 chakras, one must have 12 strands of genetic material in the body, the 12-stranded DNA. You have been rearranged to have 2 strands of DNA (by The Reptilian Conquerors)."

"The spinning of the 12 chakras in humans (more rapidly) has more to do with the spinning of 12 Living Libraries back into existence."

"As you change the spinning of your own information centers (the 12 chakras), you will literally change the way The Earth spins. This is happening simultaneously in the other 11 Libraries that you are connected to. There are many other Libraries, but you are part of this 12-Library System. When these all begin to spin, they create a sacred geometric shape of intelligence that literally will come alive and create knowledge inside of beings that are operating in darkness, and that literally will move through The Universe and change, erase that tyranny (created by The Dark Lizzies)."

Pleiadian Agenda:

"From a larger point of view, We would like to remind you that it is all First Cause on First Cause's Journey, First Cause allowing its own Self-exploration (a free-will Universe). We come from what We call the future, and We come to redirect First Cause's Energy, because in a probable future First Cause's allowing is creating a direction that can destroy your Universe (The Reptilian Tyranny)."

"The Keepers of Existence, The Keepers of Time whispered way back when to form The Libraries and to store the codes, to make the master numbers, to keep them for the time when they might be needed. Our Teachers taught Us to find our own codes in The Pleaides to access many different realities. We have been tricked, employed by Those far in your future to go back into the past as you have been to, literally, erase or re-create a different experience to open The Libraries, to have Them simultaneously connect."

"When the 12 (DNA strands) are connected in the body, then the 12 (chakras) will be connected out of the body. When they (the 12 chakras) spin, they will send a frequency off the planet to the other Libraries, and all of the Libraries meet as a certain geometric configuration, a certain mathematical formula of consciousness. Then there will literally be a doorway opened that this portion of this time sequence will get folded into and create a sweeping of light that will literally clean your Universe and turn It into something instantaneously different."

Merging With The Library Card:

"We want you to understand how exactly The Living Library can be accessed and how exactly some Multidimensional Selves or some extra-terrestrials can utilize you, the library cards, to come onto the planet. Realize that energies (beings) will lock onto your body and be walking around in your body, experiencing your body, looking out of your eyes."

"You are the library card, so others need you to take out the information of The Library. They must merge with you. They must become you. They must use you. You are the representative in human form that allows others to access the data that is stored here. You are very, very indispensable and valuable to millions of energies waiting for you to reach the peak of ripeness (unconditional love) so that you can be collaborators with The Creative Forces."

"Many would like to simply come in and look out of your eyes. You cannot decode what is in the plants and the trees, not at this date. But some of the energies (beings) can. And it is not what is in the plants and the trees or their properties. It is the universal knowledge that has nothing to do with the plants and the trees. "When you go to a place that is a sacred site, you literally allow yourself to be used so that the code can be accessed by other beings through your body. Remember, We have said that The Earth is The Living Library, and the human is the library card. The human is what allows others to access The Library. You think that forms of intelligence are coming into you to give you something, when in actuality they are coming in to get something as well. They are coming in to study you, to literally reside in your Library."

"You allow others to enter The Earth, and when you clean up your act, it is easier for others to operate through you. High intelligence of a benevolent and uplifting nature cannot merge with a cluttered emotional body or a body that is afraid of the emotions."

"In order to merge with certain energies (beings), you must have the love frequency. If you do not have the love frequency, you would destroy the energy. So that, a dark force or a lower energy (being), to come in to use The Library, the mechanisms are built in such a way that if after a short period of time the love frequency is not activated, the mechanism itself will die rather than provide a vehicle for what is not an uplifting force."

"You must learn to note the difference between feeling The Multidimensional Self and when something (another being) wants to come in and access your reality for knowledge. Sometimes it will be The Multidimensional Self. The Multidimensional Self is more of who you have been, who you are -- the collection of energy that cooperates, that works together to make up your unit of consciousness. The mergings that come as the library card have to do with something really operating out of your body and gaining benefit from wanting to be on the planet. Sometimes it's The Multidimensional Self, and sometimes it's an energy that perhaps We bring to you as an introduction."

"If you become frightened, you can say, 'Scoot out of here. That is it. I am not available. I own my frequency. So sorry; come another day.' If you feel comfortable, you can say, 'Alright, I know what is going on. I intend that I be available. You can use my body. You can check things out here. In return, I wish to have a feeling of upliftment, and I wish to share in the information that you are gathering, and I am only available for you if you are here for purposes of universal evolution that will bring peace to all.' "You make certain that that is your agreement, that if these energies are not seeking to work in peace for all then you are not available. And you make sure when they come in that you have your toll fee. You can say, I wish to share in the energies that you are accessing that will best benefit me at this time. Don't be hoggy. If you ask for everything that they are getting, you may end up being committed because you can't figure it all out. Go easy. Go easy."

Animals In The Library:

"This is why The Animal Kingdoms can never be coerced to work against you. We are saying that all life forms on this planet can be merged with. The animal energies can be merged with and other forms of intelligence can come into the animals and check out your reality with the right codes and the right master numbers. If these energies do not mean upliftment and wish to cause trouble, they will not be able to stay in the animal. In other words, in order for something to stay merged with the life form, they must carry love within them."

"One of the things that many life forms wish to learn about is The Earth Itself, because, as We have said, there are many mysteries here. And sometimes an intelligence will merge with another form of consciousness and literally study you and learn from you. That is why some have a magnificent relationship with animals, because, in actuality, an intelligence merges with the animal. The animal then is led to trust and meet with the person, and then a new bridge is made between the animal, the higher consciousness or the intelligent being, and the person. Conquering Lizzies:

"If you study ancient texts that talk about initial space exploration onto your planet a long, long time ago, 300,000 to 500,000 years ago, one of the reasons for the 'creator gods' to come onto your planet and to create all of this havoc in the first place was to mine Earth and to get gold. Gold is a conductor. Gold is a transmuter."
