"The Nephilim were a Race of advanced humanoids from a Planet outside This Sun System that landed on and colonized This Planet some 300,000 years ago. They were, in fact, responsible for making, genetically, one of the Root Races of present Humanity, a black-haired, dark-skinned man, by upgrading the genetic composition of Man as he had previously been on The Earth -- namely, an upright biped with little mental activity, largely living as a savage in tune with the plant and animal life but not aware of any deeper philisophical or religious notion than a simple fear of the storm and worship of The Sun. They had a primitive language but did not use it much because they were in close psychic contact with each other at all times."
"The Nephilim were not spiritually advanced beings as you would look at them now. They lacked that universal reverence for life that is one of the essentials for escaping from the necessity for rebirth into The Material Plane of being. They were, in fact, the remnant of a group whose most advanced members had moved on to realms of higher vibration. The Nephilim, then, represented the worst or least evolved fraction of that group. They had passed through their own form of Tribulation but had failed to make the spiritual leap which entitled their more spiritually evolved brothers to advance."
