It is true that The Human Race has the gift of free will, a rarity in the created worlds, but this free will is largely an inner freedom. That is, Man has complete freedom as to how He will respond to the events and patterns of his life but only limited ability to control the external circumstances which affect Him."

It gives up this right and, in effect, hands the decision-making power over to its Higher Self and to The Guides, Guardians, and Advisors of That Higher Self."
